VSAT Congress
I had the pleasure and honor of representing Hughes on an interesting panel discussion at this week’s VSAT Congress in Washington, D.C. The VSAT Congress , presented by Comsys and the Global VSAT Forum, brings together industry leaders from every sector for discussion. For SpaceX, it was the storybook finale for their team successfully launching the satellite belonging to their client, Telesat. For Hughes Network Systems, the picture-perfect launch was not so much a finale...READ MORE

Targeted to Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), the event was attended by representatives from across the ecosystem: MNOs, satellite operators, industry organizations and government regulators on several continents. The webinar set out to explore how cell services can be deployed in rural and hard-to-serve areas cost-effectively, using satellite backhaul. Don Frey did an excellent job reviewing...READ MORE
