Colleen Caruso, Vice President

Colleen Caruso, vice president at Hughes, leads the teams responsible for solutions, sales, sales engineering, sales operations, and program management for the company’s North American Enterprise business. Colleen and her teams support large enterprise, small to medium businesses, and government customers. In her role, Colleen drives the go-to-market strategies resulting in the innovative evolution of the Hughes portfolio of managed services consisting of networking, cybersecurity, and digital signage solutions.

Since joining Hughes as a pilot engineer in 1996, Colleen has held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership. Under her direction, she has fostered collaboration and cross team synergies, including a focus on strengthening the Hughes partner ecosystem with valued partners. Colleen now oversees all account management, encompassing sales and program management, as well as the strategic and tactical presales technical teams. Her responsibilities include product management, solution architecture, sales engineering, and pilot engineering. In addition, Colleen takes pride in mentoring professionals and encouraging their development and success.

Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
