Terms For Entry Into Hughes Europe SASE Insights Prize Draw Competition June 2023

1. The promotion will run from 05/06/2023 and close on MIDNIGHT UK TIME 27/06/2023. No purchase is necessary to enter. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
2. The promotion is not open to Hughes Network Systems Limited or any its affiliated companies (“Hughes”), employees, agents and their immediate families or anyone professionally involved in the administration of this promotion. The promotion is being run in the following countries: Germany and UK. To be eligible be entered into the prize draw, participants must be a resident of the relevant country, over 18 years of age and must complete the activity set out in paragraph 3 below.
3. Participants that register online for the SASE Insights Webinar 27 June 2023 will be entered into a random draw, conducted on or around 30/06/2023 by an independent third party. Please note that participants do not have to opt-in to receive Hughes marketing communications to be entered into the draw. There is one (1) Amazon voucher prize (approximate value per each UK£50 excluding tax) available in each country specified in paragraph 2 which will be given to the first participant drawn from entrants for each of the specified countries. There are no other prizes.
4. Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternatives to the prizes will be offered. Prizes do not have to be accepted. If the prize or an element of the prize is not accepted or utilised it will be forfeited. Prizes may be subject to their own separate terms and conditions. All prizes are subject to availability.
5. Winners will be notified by e-mail. A full list of prize winners will be available to participants upon request.
6. Prizes will be dispatched as quickly as practicable and should be received within a 6-8 week period following the notification of winners.
7. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Hughes shall not be liable, and accepts no responsibility, for (i) a delay, loss, damage, distress or inconvenience for or arising from this promotion, including any delay, loss or damage, distress or inconvenience related to any prizes howsoever arising; or (ii) any costs or expenses associated with any prize which are not expressly stated to be included in the prize. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Hughes’ negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. All prize winners are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, duty, national insurance and/or licenses and or other fees that may apply to such prizes or winnings and compliance with any applicable laws, rules and regulations, contractual limitations and/or employer’s or office policies, if any, regarding participation in trade promotions or acceptance of promotional prizes and by entering this promotion confirm that they are not in breach of any of the foregoing and have obtained their employer’s consent to participate and/or accept the prize if required.
9. Hughes reserves the right to add, modify, change, improve, or discontinue this promotion, including any terms with or without notice.
10. Where permitted by law, Hughes reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value, should the original prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control.
11. Except to the extent that you have agreed otherwise, personal data provided by you as part of this promotion will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and will be processed in accordance with Hughes’ Privacy Policy which can be located by clicking here.
12. These terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms. Entrance constitutes acceptance of these terms.
13. Hughes’ decision regarding the allocation of prizes is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. These terms will be mailed, free of charge, to any participant who sends a written request for them.
