DeCA anticipates extending the managed broadband service to all CONUS/OCONUS locations. As part of this turn-key solution, E&E Enterprises Global and Hughes will provide all COTS equipment and services as necessary to install and implement a complete and operable broadband solution. The companies are providing all broadband technologies. Specifically, Hughes will provide HughesNet® High-Availability VPN service, a managed service that features Hughes broadband satellite technology; Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) services that include Asynchronous DSL (ADSL), Symmetric DSL (SDSL), and Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) DSL (IDSL); and all other appropriate digital cable technologies.
