Organizational Development
Organizational Development provides coursework in management skills, team-building, business skills, and business ethics.
Technical Training
The Technical Training group offers a comprehensive training program which includes a variety of courses on Hughes products, ranging from basic introductions to intensive, hands-on training in system operation, installation, and maintenance.
Educational Assistance
Employees who are attending an accredited college or university, and taking classes relative to their current position are eligible for reimbursement of the cost of tuition, books, and fees. Payment is a percentage based upon grades received, with an annual cap of $4,000 for undergraduate courses, and $5,250 for graduate studies. New employees are immediately eligible for Educational Assistance for classes which begin after their start date.
